Fulfilment Partner Updates Jan 2013

We have received advice from both our fulfilment partners Health Solutions Network LLC and Cartadmin.com LLC that their respective credit card processing companies have stopped collecting payments on their behalf.

Although this is completely out of Tramadol.net’s control and responsibility we would like to apologize on behalf of our fulfilment partners. We understand they are working hard to obtain new ways of securely handling payments for your meds. Likewise, we are working hard to find alternative suppliers for all our most popular medications. We hope to have a new provider available in the next 2 – 3 business days.

Although we have no responsibility for fulfilling your orders or taking payments, we do take responsibility for ensuring that you are treated correctly by our fulfilment partners and their card processing companies. In the unlikely event that you have ordered within the past 30 days and payment has been taken from your account (shown on your physical statement) but have not received your medication, please contact us at orders@Tramadol.net with the following details:

  • Date/Time of Order
  • Order Number/ID
  • Customer # /Customer ID
  • Product Ordered
  • Shipping State
  • Total amount charged

We will attempt to ensure that your details get passed quickly to the person best suited to dealing with them at the fulfilment center(s). If we are unable to receive a refund within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer advice about how to do a charge back from your bank/card provider.

Again, this is a highly unlikely set of circumstances so please do not worry if you have placed an order recently. We only placed this notice because we want to ensure that there was no overlap between when the card companies actually stopping processing payments and the fulfilment companies actually receiving payment themselves to be able to fulfil your order. Again, Tramadol.net does not and never has handled any payment processing or delivery fulfilment.
