How to Use:

This medication is taken in tablet or capsule form by mouth. It is vital that you follow the directions on the prescription label. Side Effects:

When taking this medication contact your doctor immediately if you develop dark yellow or brown urine; difficulty breathing; headache; decrease in the amount of urine; fever; increased sensitivity to the sun or ultraviolet light; pain on swallowing; skin rash, itching; yellowing of the eyes and skin; itching in the rectal or genital areal; redness, blistering, peeling, or loosening of the skin, including inside the mouth; unusual weakness or tiredness.

Missed Dose:
In the event that you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If you do not remember before it is close to the next dose, then simply skip it and resume taking as scheduled. It is important never to “double-up” on this medication. There should always be four to six hours in between doses.

Storage:
